Mike Astringer founded Human Capital Consultants, Inc. after years of working with client companies who he felt did not have effective recruiting and human capital strategies in place. Michael says "I spent years watching companies who I felt were the best in their verticals fail to attract and retain top talent because they did not fully understand the effect of human capital acquisition and strategic planning. I decided to form Human Capital Consultants to partner with those firms and help them attract and retain top talent and effectively put long term human capital strategic planning in place."
Michael actively participates on customer engagements both as a Consultant and Project Manager managing Human Capital Consultants engagements. Says Michael "We take a team approach to customer engagements understanding that every member of our team brings different experience and perspective to each client's challenge. While I manage delivery and implementation teams our customers have the benefit of the expertise of each member of our highly experienced team as we collaborate to develop their human capital strategy. I believe the team environment we've created for our consultants directly adds to the success of our client engagements."
During Michael's distinguished career he has served such firms as EDS, Ernst & Young, Cap Gemeni, Andersen Consulting, Oracle Corporation, Comcast, Sprint, General Dynamics, GotVMail Communications, Coventry Healthcare, ConforMIS, Resolute Corporation, CNET, Pepco, Deutsche Bank, Conde Nast, Hearst Magazines, American Infrastructure, Mikohn Gaming Corporation, Aristocrat Gaming, International Gaming Technology, Exxon/Mobile, Lockheed Martin, Lexis Nexis, Consolidated Container Company, Neat Receipts, International Paper, Sierra Health Services, PurchasePro, Clientlogic, Thinkspark, Comverse, Honeywell, Towers Perrin, Enterprise Rent A Car, Bechtel, Raytheon, IBM, Evercom Systems, and many, many others.
